Corn DDGS
Corn DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles) is obtained during the production of ethanol from corn. Following fermentation and distillation, the remaining grain fractions are combined with solubles and dried to produce a concentrated feed ingredient.
Corn DDGS provides protein, residual oil, fibre and phosphorus. It can replace part of the cereal and protein ingredients in balanced feed formulations, depending on its composition and the nutritional requirements of the animals.
Nutritional value
A versatile source of protein and energy for compound feeds and farm rations. Nutrient content varies with the production process, particularly the degree of oil extraction. Inclusion levels should be determined using the supplied specification.
