Pea Flour PFL is a pea-derived ingredient supplied as a fine, creamy to creamy-yellow powder with a characteristic pea odour. It provides an alternative to cereal flour in recipes using legume-based ingredients.

Nutritional value
Contributes pea protein to balanced formulations. Unlike pea protein concentrate, this grade has a specified protein content of 20–30%. Inclusion levels should be based on the full nutrient profile and the requirements of the complete diet.

Application
Compound feeds and pet food formulations. Particle size can be agreed according to customer requirements.
